SquidX FAQ

Fairness, fees, limits, wallets and payouts.

Is SquidX provably fair?

Yes. Every flip commits a server seed hash before the bet is playable and combines it with your client seed. The hash is shown on the flip card, including in demo flips, so the result can be recomputed independently after settlement.

What are the odds of a SquidX coinflip?

Exactly 50/50 between Squid and Whale. The result is read from the parity of a combined hash, which removes any bias toward either side. Demo flips use the same engine.

What fees does SquidX charge?

0.5% of each wager as a platform fee, and 2% on Insta Wallet deposits. There is no rake on winnings and no platform withdrawal fee.

What is the maximum bet on SquidX?

10 SOL per flip, with a 0.1 SOL minimum. The same limits apply to demo flips so practice matches real play.

Which wallets can I use?

Phantom is supported today on desktop and mobile through the official Solana Wallet Adapter. Backpack and MetaMask support is in progress.

How does the SquidX referral program work?

Your username is your referral code. New players enter it right after claiming their own username, and from then on you earn 20% of the 0.5% platform fee on every flip they place, credited automatically to your Insta Wallet.

Can I change my username?

No. Usernames are claimed once and permanently bound to your wallet, which is what makes leaderboards and referral attribution tamper-proof.

How fast are payouts?

Winnings settle to your SquidX ledger the instant a flip resolves. Withdrawals are sent on-chain to an address you specify.

What is Ink?

Ink is the SquidX progression system. You earn it by playing, and it unlocks mutation tiers, cosmetics and Ink Bombs. It cannot be bought.
