Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of SquidX at squidx.one. By connecting a wallet you accept them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble where you live. You are responsible for confirming that using SquidX is lawful in your jurisdiction; access from a restricted jurisdiction is your own responsibility.
2. Your wallet and account
Your Solana wallet is your identity. A username is claimed once and permanently bound to that wallet — it cannot be changed or transferred. You are responsible for the security of your wallet and its private keys; SquidX never holds them and cannot recover them.
3. Wagering
Wagers range from 0.1 SOL to 10 SOL per flip. Results are decided server-side from a committed seed and are final once settled. A flip that has been settled cannot be reversed.
4. Fees
A 0.5% platform fee applies to each wager. A 2% fee applies to Insta Wallet deposits. Fees may change with notice on this page; a change never applies retroactively to a settled flip.
5. Referrals
Referral attribution is set once, at signup, and is permanent. Self-referral, multi-account referral, and any automated or fraudulent referral generation void all associated commission.
6. Fair use
You may not use bots against other players, exploit bugs, manipulate the leaderboard or Ink system, or operate multiple accounts to abuse promotions. Doing so may result in forfeiture of balances obtained that way.
7. Availability
SquidX is provided as-is. Solana network congestion, RPC outages or maintenance can interrupt play. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Responsible play
Gambling carries risk of loss. Set limits before you play and never wager funds you cannot afford to lose. If gambling stops being entertainment, stop playing and seek support.
